Mamma’s Pizza Wins La San Marco Coffee Machine and Grinder!

Following our recent open days in which we were pleased to welcome some fantastic Scottish businesses to Brodies, Paul Duncan of Mamma’s Pizza won the coffee machine prize draw worth over £3,500!  The 85 TOP Sprint is the latest machine from La San Marco and features automatic electronic control of the boiler temperature and LED work surface lighting.  Mamma's Pizza is situated in the heart of Edinburgh's Grassmarket, an area of historic background and a Unesco World Heritage Site set in the shadows of Edinburgh Castle.  They are proud to serve handmade, fresh, stonebaked pizza alongside delicious steak, pasta and a great range of starters, sides and desserts as well as a large gluten free menu.  After installation of the new equipment and a full Barista training session with the already very skilled Mamma’s team, Paul was delighted with the new machine and the quality of the coffees served.
