QUATTROR JOINS MASSIMO ZANETTI BEVERAGE GROUP FOR AN AMBITIOUS GROWTH PROJECT

We are delighted to share that QuattroR, a private equity fund aiming at investing in the growth of exceptional Italian companies, has acquired a 50% stake in the Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group S.p.A. who has a commercial presence in more than 110 countries, and a portfolio of over 40 brands, including Brodies and Segafredo Zanetti in the UK.

The partnership with QuattroR will provide an opportunity for the Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group to strengthen both the Group’s European leadership and to enhance its global presence.
